It’s a classic case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. Two polar opposite personalities balance out the life of a modern-day working mom.
“It’s funny — you beat someone up on the track for three hours and then come home and cuddle with your kids,” Johanna Daly said as she wiped wet paint from her fingers.

The Corps gives Salt City a Shakedown
Utah is home to Dinosaur Park, Salt Flats and the Salt City Shakers, who came down to San Diego to test their skills on the banked track on April 7th. Waiting for this all-star flat track team was the San Diego Derby Dolls’ Hard Corps, who were happy to give the Shakers a formal welcome to the world of banked track roller derby. Since Utah had little banked track playing-time, this made for an interesting matchup even to the derby novice.
